I have held various positions within the Reservations Sales Department. As the Recruiting, Telecommunications and Outsourcing Account Manager within the Contact Center Operations Department. In this capacity, my responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring all the call centers within Carnival are properly staffed based on budget requirements. Review staffing reports for 3 call centers. (Miami/Colorado Springs/Miramar) In addition to Recruiting, I over see the day to day operations of our outsourcing company Arise. In the capacity of Manager – Individual & Group Sales Reservations, I was Responsible for the day to day management of 23 staff members within the Individual, Group Sales and Tee-Time Reservations Department. The responsibilities included but were not limited to ensuring a daily service level of 98% for both Individual and Tee-time Reservations. Followed - up on all Reservation request entries into the Springer Miller System. Managed and responsible for following up on group reservations contracts and made sure all master and city ledger accounts were pre-approved. Met all group leaders upon check in and conducted Pre-conference meetings on a weekly basis. Responsible in preparing a 14/30/60/90 day forecast on a weekly basis which enabled the rest of the functioning departments to forecast their scheduling needs within the Resort. Hired as needed, posted staff schedules on a bi-weekly bases as well as processed vacation and personal time off requests.
