I am a Crisis Text Line Supervisor, where I support people in distress and prevent suicide. With my exceptional communication and empathy skills, I listen, understand, and help callers cope with their challenges. I handle high-pressure situations, manage multiple calls, and follow strict protocols. Thanks to my training and experience, I have saved multiple lives and made a positive impact on my community.I am also a passionate writer and learner, pursuing a master's degree in Humanities with a focus on great books at American Public University. I have a minor's degree in Art/Art Studies from Florida International University, where I also studied Spanish and Psychology. I leverage my writing and language skills in various roles, such as a copywriter and proofreader for a high-profile client, a state test scorer for English writing and reading comprehension, and a Spanish instructor. My goal is to use my diverse and rich experiences to create meaningful and engaging content that educates and inspires people.
