My main responsibilities as a content designer:- Design intuitive, enjoyable product experiences that help users accomplish their goals.- Partnering closely with product designers throughout the entire design process, helping define user flows. - Writing UX copy, including navigation, empty and error states, onboarding, and many more components of the end-to-end experience.- Defining the taxonomy and consumer-facing information architecture.- Establishing a unified voice across products and platform.- Using empathy, logic, insights, and data to inform content choices and advocate for user needs.- Building style guides and contributing to the writing system in order to promote consistency and best practices.- Collaborating on projects with stakeholders, including Research, Product, Marketing, Legal, Support, and Engineering.- Managing projects from needs assessment to implementation, translating complex concepts into clear direction.- Evangelizing the value of UX content design, UX research, and product design to cross-functional partners throughout the product development process.- Serving as an active participant on the Design team, setting the tone, shaping our organizational culture, and mentoring more junior colleagues.

I work at the Public Defender's Office in Amazonas, supporting the social reintegration of adolescents in conflict with Criminal Law. My main functions are: - Ensure that the system complies with the rights provided for in the children and adolescents' Statute- Strengthing family bonds through restorative practices- Elaboration of thesis and composing of briefs, petitions and other legal documents

The Brazilian Unified Health System Consolidation was designed and implemented in a research project of the Fiocruz Foundation in coordination with the University of Brasilia School of Law Center. More than 18,000 statutes were scrutinized. That enormous task made it possible to reorganize and consolidate the rules in six statutes valid for all Unified Health System of Brazil. That was my first work with Legal Information Architecture.

I worked for one year in this office, especially in civil and social security cases. I carried out typical legal activities, like elaborate procedural pieces, accomplishment of diligences and attendance of clients.
