Here I was able to gain familiarity with one of my favorite industries- the surf industry. I produced content and curated most of the social media in my time here. I also learned about the business side of along with all related processes that come with retail and business ownership.

At rbb, I was able to grow my skillset. I performed particularly well with social media and presentation decks. I was able to combine my creativity with analytics, which has always been important to me given how I really enjoy and thrive in being creative. I worked on a variety of tasks, such as post creation, copywriting, new business initiatives, award applications, social engagement initiatives, spreadsheets, and much more. I learned a lot here that I know will serve me universally in the field.

I was able to enhance my customer service, productivity, sales, and communication skills, along with making lifelong friends. It was also a great opportunity for networking. I can also now make a killer smoothie.

COVID cut this short, however I learned a lot about employee/client relationships, promotion, and professionalism. I was also able to work with graphics and create posts for social.

My responsibilities included managing online retail such as amazon, ebay, offerup etc. I also designed flyers and catalogs.
