Led a high-priority organizational culture initiative to boost employee engagement and brand identity for a 3,500+ person organization. - Worked closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and conducted confidential culture interviews with over 80 staff members across five subsidiaries. - Synthesized findings into a strategic report outlining cultural strengths, areas for improvement, and alignment with core values, shaping several new HR strategies and programs. - Developed a new mission statement and core values in collaboration with employees and leadership and created an engaging "culture deck." - Facilitated monthly planning and feedback sessions with senior leadership, culminating in a final product fully endorsed by executives and embraced across the organization.

Facilitate private lessons with 70+ adult students from countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, South America, and North America.
