"To Learn Always" is the CNPJ (registration number for legal entities in Brazil) I opened to provide services related to learning. The projects I participate in are generally demanded by organizations, consulting firms, NGOs, and institutions.The topics I am currently working on are related to the learning process itself, such as Train the Trainers (TTT), facilitator preparation, and instructional design concepts. I also identify strongly with nonviolent communication (NVC) and agile learning (from agile learning centers, ALCs).As an instructional designer, I create materials such as texts, e-books, learning capsules, video scripts, lesson plans, and learning paths. I also facilitate group work, both remotely and in person.My approaches, lines of thought, or sources of inspiration are andragogy (the art and science of how adults learn), group facilitation, integrative facilitation, instructional design, the experiential learning cycle (ELC), agile learning, self-directed learning, lifelong learning, liberating structures, psychodrama, action learning, agile learning, and appreciative inquiry.

O Centro Lemann é uma organização independente, apartidária e global, idealizada pela Fundação Lemann e inspirada pelo município de Sobral, no Ceará. Sua missão é promover aprendizagem com equidade na educação básica, por meio da formação de lideranças educacionais e do fomento à pesquisa aplicada.O programa de formação de lideranças educacionais tem o objetivo de fortalecer o compromisso e a capacidade de secretárias(os), técnicas(os) que acompanham escolas e diretoras(es) escolares em promover aprendizagem e desenvolvimento integral com qualidade e equidade em suas redes e escolas. O programa é gratuito e busca provocar um processo profundo de transformação pessoal e profissional.

At this small and family-owned language school, I teach private English classes to adult students of varying levels and for various purposes, such as general English, business English, instrumental English, and preparation for proficiency tests. I develop lesson plans, create teaching materials, and teach both in-person and online. Additionally, I write a weekly newsletter for the school's students, featuring content on travel and culture of English-speaking countries, learning tips, language explanations, and advice.Since July 2022, I have been a volunteer at the NGO Trilhas, which serves young people between the ages of 12 and 18 who are in situations of social vulnerability. I teach a group of eight students English once a week for 1.5 hours. I also participate in events organized by the NGO for fundraising purposes.

Agile Learning was created in New York in 2013, where the pioneering Agile Learning Center (ALC) is located. Today, there is an international network with several projects around the world. This is a form of self-directed learning, organized and empowered by agile tools. It has a strong influence from the Agile movement, which emerged in software development around 2001. The ALC São Paulo aims to spread agile learning among people in a variety of environments. We are an organization without hierarchy, managers, or "C" levels; we operate through self-management with the support of social technology and organic organizations (O2). At ALC Sp, I have various roles that can be easily changed depending on the context or personal motivations.

In this position, I was part of the team responsible for training the entire sales force of Tupperware, which had thousands of consultants scattered throughout Brazil. My main activities included:Preparing and delivering product training, such as teaching the features of new products;Preparing and delivering behavioral training, such as how to present a good professional image, how to sell using the Tupperware Experience technique, how to manage a team effectively, and how to recruit more people to join their team;Creating scripts for training videos and overseeing the recording process with agencies. These videos covered a variety of topics, such as how to conduct a Tupperware Experience, how a new product works, and the best way to demonstrate it to customers;Creating training content in written format for the monthly magazine received by the consultants and content for the weekly Newsletter received by the Distributors.

Responsible for client relationship management, planning and coordinating training and development programs. Customizing and implementing learning solutions that meet the client's needs. Allocating instructors, developing and reviewing content, and implementing learning transfer actions. Managing teams, vendors, and partner consultants to ensure alignment and compliance with planned activities. Managing project budgets.

As an Analyst in Solutions and Projects, my role involves supporting the development, coordination, and implementation of learning solution projects for large companies and clients. This includes planning communication and relationship actions with all involved parties and developing learning content relevant to business needs.

I taught in-company English classes for all levels of language proficiency, either individually or in small groups. I developed teaching strategies, prepared and designed lesson plans.

I worked on researching trends and developing lessons on emerging topics for personal development. I performed instructional design for online and face-to-face classes: planning and developing the class - creating lesson plans, researching and developing content, activities, and all teaching materials to be used. I also worked as a content writer, developing printed and online teaching materials. I participated in the development of new corporate education products and models that were sold (development programs, internship programs, new classes, activities, online and self-directed learning courses). I conducted research on films, articles, podcasts, games, cases, and other learning solutions to feed the knowledge management system for use in classes and development programs. When LAB SSJ merged with Affero and became Afferolab, the Solutions Management area was abolished, and I started working with Projects.

I worked as a monitor for some undergraduate courses for six semesters. In two semesters, I worked as a scholarship holder, and in four as a volunteer, without any employment relationship. The courses were Ethology, Motivation and Emotion, Perception, and Cognition. My work involved assisting the professors: answering students' questions, coordinating group meetings and the development of theoretical and practical assignments, assisting with exams, and helping to restructure classes.
