Responsible for assisting the Regional Color Advisor Manager (RCAM) in monitoring and ensuring that all service standards either meet or exceed expected standards. -Manage a territory of Professional Color Advisors (PCA) in the Phoenix/Tucson area and a direct report: In-Home Color Advisor (IHCA)-Partner with store management teams to co-manage PCA -Manage PCA and IHCA schedules, complete quarterly in store audits for PCA's and ride days for IHCA. -Recruit, interview and train PCA new hires. -Develop current employees to promote internally to other positions within the company.-Research and execute local community events to build brand awareness.-Research and facilitate donations to local non-profits in need of paint for their project

Under the direct supervision of the Store Management Team, the Professional Color Advisor, known in the industry as a Color Consultant, is responsible for providing superior customer service at the point of sale. This is a non-exempt position. The Professional Color Advisor will be able to assist customers in color selection and color coordination. The Dunn-Edwards Professional Color Advisor will be a frontline “go-to” person for all color service matters.
