• Practicing lawyer managing a portfolio of cases. Client in the educational sector (Kroton Educacional). Drafting responses, appeals, both simple and complex petitions, appellate analysis, contract review, compliance with obligations, injunctions, contingency planning, provision, and other activities relevant to case management. Experience in civil litigation and indemnity actions.

• Responsible for managing the case portfolio of the client TIM Brasil Serviços e Participações SA, the largest telecommunications company in Italy and the third-largest operator in Brazil, encompassing approximately 1000 cases.• Supervise teams organized into production lines, specializing in defenses and appeals, conducting analysis of legal grounds, drafting responses, and complying with injunctions granted by judges.• Evaluate cases to determine settlement options with the opposing party or to file appeals in situations of judgments unfavorable to the client.• Conduct monthly meetings with client representatives to analyze cases and develop specific strategies for each situation. • Facilitate internal meetings with the team, providing feedback and evaluating performance in the roles undertaken.
