Working with Porous Hydrogel fibers and sheets to facilitate drug delivery

Prepared labs and managed a team of students through their research. Used transformation, PCR, and gel electrophoresis to identify protein strains while teaching students how to conduct research and produce tangible results. At the end of each year, large-scale presentations on chosen protein sequences and mutations are presented to the administration and a few Rutgers University professors. Used a micropipette daily with proper lab technique during demonstrations and personal research. Have a protein sequence published to NCBI.

Seated guests, managed the seating chart, monitored restaurant activity, communicated and worked effectively with coworkers, recommended dishes, and greeted guests to improve the customer experience, balanced $800+ daily.
