- Responsible for developing the CI and Lean culture on the Site, through training and projects with the teams;- Preparation and training of methodologies and tools that facilitate Lean and CI culture;- Identification and implementation of projects that promote waste reductions and improves productivity;- Monitor and accelerate the success of progress initiatives using Lean tools, methods and approach;- Support the Site in the deployment of annual goals, through the guidance of CI methodologies;- Implementation of Industrial Engineering on the Site, through the structuring of a solid database (production times, machine performance (OEE), standardization of operational work methodologies, capacity, calculation of headcounts)

- Responsible for the shared leadership of Industrial Engineers, guiding them to ensure results and deliveries, not only engaging the team but also encouraging and helping in the development of professional behaviors and skills;- Coordination of elaboration, mapping and piloting of the progress plan and annual plan.- Operational and strategic vision through the calculation, planning, management and control of resources (people, manufacturing time, capacity, methodology, costs...) of the entire Plant for the S&OP process;- Partnership with the Business Controller to monitor and mitigate the company's costs, proposing and carrying out cost reduction studies; dissemination of lean culture and costs for the company.- Application of annual VSM for elimination of bottlenecks and improve flow through continuous improvement projects, actively acting in the analyzes and recommendations of solutions for the drifts/deficiencies of the organization;- Transversal coordination with the Quality, Management, Maintenance and PMO teams with a focus on ensuring results;- Elaboration of executive presentations, mainly results and budgets.- Trainer of new engineers, ensuring the method applied in new case studies.Skills: Teamwork · Critical analysis · Consistency analysis · Training and development · Strategic planning · Cost reduction

-Critical analysis of the monthly S&OP planning with the Industrial Engineering and Production Team.-Propose solutions jointly with the commercial, industrial, supplies and shipping areas in order to ensure control of area indicators and meet customer needs.-Inventory management and definition of the action plan to meet the S&OP.-Guarantee of the export plan together with the Logistics Team.-Chain and supply planning, from order to reception, taking care of issues such as demurrage and payment.

- Definition of cycle times trough times & motions studies, monthly calculation of capacity, staff and preparation of the Annual Plan.- Application of Lean Manufacturing tools for continuous process improvement and cost reduction.- Management of daily production through performance indicators.- Coordination and application of 5S, SMED and kaizen tools.- Academic training of new Industrial Engineers.

- Carrying out optimization studies with emphasis on improving productivity and reducing costs, through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools.- Elaboration of the methodology of the work (productive and support) and ergonomic analyzes of the workstations.- Monitoring and analysis of production indicators.

- Conducting a case study to optimize the process and improve productivity.- Support to the Senior Engineer in continuous improvement activities.
