In my role as a Digital Content Tester, I conducted comprehensive quality assurance checks on digital content to identify and report any issues or inconsistencies. This included verifying the accuracy of product information, such as descriptions, pricing, and specifications, and testing the functionality and usability of digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers. Additionally, I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve any content-related issues in a timely manner, while also providing valuable feedback and suggestions for improving content processes to enhance the user experience.

Working in this customer facing role was an extremely enjoyable time where I enhanced my communication and customer service skills. This role encompassed all areas relating to retail operations, with an extensive list of duties, that enhanced many different skills. In this role, I delivered excellent customer service to clients, creating a personal shopping experiences from beginning to end, and handling any issues or problems my clients may have faced. I developed strong relationships with my team members, many of whom have been working in the industry for over 10 years, passing on their invaluable industry knowledge and skills. I ensured visual standards across the shop floor, accepted and recorded deliveries, ultimately contributing to seamless operations across the department. As a results-driven individual the personal and department sales targets, CRM and NPS targets were key motivators in this role, that I was determined to meet and exceed.
