I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up, but I knew that I wanted to help people. I love being able to make other people’s lives easier and knowing that I helped to improve themselves. I have always wanted those around me to be the best versions of themselves and push them until they do just that. I am a full-time student at Northwest Missouri State University, majoring in Business Management. I also work part time at a floral and home gifts store, and an Activity Center. I work at The Flower Mill because it's a family-owned operation that shows what it means to be a substantial business. They have allowed me to explore different aspects of an organization, including creating and delivering floral displays, balancing the register, and using my marketing experience by managing their social media sites. I work at the Tarkio Activity Center because it allows me to further improve my customer service experience and successfully manage different employees and customers. Most of the organizations I have worked at have been locally owned, small businesses. Working in these smaller organizations has allowed me to adapt to many job descriptions and perform numerous amounts of tasks. I think this has shaped me to be a more adaptable and responsible employee. I love working with my coworkers and getting to know valued customers so I can continually learn how to improve myself. I have worked in many different professions, including being a greenhouse worker, a lifeguard, and an administrative assistant, among so many more. Working these different occupations has allowed me to mold myself to have a wider range of skills and be comfortable in whatever tasks they have given me.Please reach out with questions.
