- Enhance ADPi's engagement with community service by researching opportunities in our local community that align with our mission and values - Prepare and deliver presentations weekly to share the details of these opportunities with the 200 girls of my sorority

- As a swim counselor, I planned and led swim lessons for kids 3-12 years old and made them effective/enjoyable as I taught in large groups- As a lifeguard, I monitored a pool with up to 50 occupants, practiced performing CPR, first aid, and water extractions regularly- As a group counselor, I oversaw the safety of 13 girls ages 6-8 and created a fun and trusting environment- Engaged closely with team members to craft schedules, and discuss each child's limitations and pre-existing mental health concerns to ensure a supportive experience for each kid

- Promote and foster a love and passion for the water by teaching water safety and the basics of swimming to children ages 6 months - 9 years.- Communicate with parents of 20+ children per day directly regarding their child’s progress in skills.- Adapt methods of teaching to accommodate every child’s needs.
