As a Center Assistant, I help the center work in an organized manner by grading assignments, handing out corrections, addressing issues with parents, training new hires, and answering calls. As a Tutor, I work with the children assisting them in completing their assignments. I help with word pronunciation, reading confidence, and reading comprehension.

As a Teacher’s Assistant, I assist the teachers in their classrooms by handing out materials, preparing lesson plans, reading stories to the children, and explaining any concepts the children have difficulty with. As a Floater, I work with the teachers and administration to allow for breaks. I play with the children outside and during free time, assist with changing diapers, hand out meals, supervise walks, put children to sleep at nap time, and log each child’s information and photos for the day on Tadpoles.
