My first time working in a multi-level marketing company, as a brand executive in Personal Care and Cosmetics department. The job desk is to manage marketing strategies for new and existing products. I also responsible to increase sales for some slow-moving items. Creating POSM, giving support to the sales people to boost the sales, observe sales and trends, make sure the stock are safe, coordinate when there is a new product coming, sometimes doing field trip to directly market the products I'm responsible for.
