I am currently working as a content writer and editor for a Swiss-based media company called Faessler Media. The company owns several websites that cover topics such as DIY, how to paint and draw, and articles about famous artists and art movements. My tasks include creating Google Web Stories, creating monthly newsletters, managing our various social media platforms, preparing various blog posts that cover different subjects for publication, and occasionally writing new articles, amongst other things.

I am currently volunteering at the Friends of Valkenberg once a week and working in their Out Patient Department. I help out with the coffee trolley they have, so I interact with the patients coming in to get their medication and to go to their appointments. I make beverages, chat to them and help them with the exchange of money, as the purpose of the trolley is to facilitate a normal conversation.

I have worked for events such as We Love Summer, Future Frequency Festival, and Feastival. My job has been to facilitate festival goers in and out of the event by scanning their tickets, as well as managing the VIP list.

I completed both the Personal Growth course and the Counselling Skills course between January and July 2021. At the end of my second course, I was selected to be a telephonic counsellor for LifeLine Western Cape, which I completed part-time for a year.

For the past 2 years, I built my client base within the tutoring company. My clients included five children between the ages of 12 and 18 years old, whom I tutored across various subjects multiple times a week.
