Developing Project Management experience with St John Ambulance, working on the Uniformed Youth Fund. Combining my passion for local community, my excellent partnerships & relationships experience with a desire to work for a legacy organisation and (maybe second handedly...) save lives in my local community.I have a passion for relationships at all levels - forming, developing and nurturing, and have varied experience evolving relationships for not only myself, but for clients, businesses, charities and volunteers. I don't shy away from things that are tough, and love a challenge - including "interviewing" the previous St John Ambulance CEO for further research on a local Unit I'd like to support (Martin, if you're there, thank you!) I am proactive and love developing ideas, thinking outside of the box and developing new strategies to achieve a common goal, for the good of all involved. I understand the importance of long-term goals, and the satisfaction of short-term achievements (as is evident from my mental health experience,) and try to see the positive in all situations, regardless of how tough.I have a track record of fighting for what I believe in, and for what I believe is the future of our country - equality, hope and progress. I've held various roles in the Green Party, and was thrilled to be selected as one of 10 candidates in the 2019 European Elections, and the sole Young Green candidate at that, too. I have public speaking experience, along with varied experience developing digital content, managing campaigns, managing projects and forming positive relationships with large stakeholders.I'm currently building my management & project experience, hoping to develop into a management position, or side-step my career into PR, Partnerships and Philanthropy, by combining all of my skills and experience under one umbrella, for career progression opportunities and the potential to develop top-quality, high-class relationships to achieve common goals.
