My work experience throughout the past five years has fine-tuned my interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. I am comfortable working in high-pressure environments and problem-solving on a time crunch. These skills translate well into my educational pursuits and personal life, allowing me to achieve Dean's List four semesters in a row. In addition to my professional experience, my extra-curricular activities have facilitated the adaption and expansion of my professional and academic skillset. Throughout high school, I found ways to engage with clubs centered around activism, including being a founding member of the Equity Diversity Improvement Team (E.D.I.T.) at the Charles Finney School. My time on St. John Fisher's Latinae Student Union E-Board provided a leadership opportunity where I could further materialize my commitment to activism and anti-racism through creating and planning events focusing on the construction of identity and discussions about racism within both the Latinae community and the Rochester community at large. I also recently joined St. John Fisher's Inclusion Council, which consists of a dedicated team of students and faculty that work hand in hand with the University's president to ensure that Fisher's campus is welcoming to those from all walks of life.
