Hello! I'm Isabella Perlmutter, a rising junior at Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Music Business with a concentration in Marketing. Set to graduate in 2026, my academic journey is enriched with hands-on experience and a deep commitment to the performing and the business side of the arts indusrty.At Hofstra, I've had the privilege of choreographing and performing in various shows and seminars, both on campus and across New York City. These experiences have allowed me to hone in on my dance skills and provided invaluable insights into live performance and production. I have also been able to pursue my passion for music business by presenting comprehensive marketing strategies to music industry professionals, blending my love for dance and music with a strategic approach to business. In addition, I am actively involved in the MoVoM dance club, where I'm entering my second year as a member of the Executive Board. This role has allowed me to develop leadership skills and contribute to the vibrant dance community on campus.Outside of my studies, I stay engaged with the dance community by substituting classes at local studios and teaching with On The Go Dance, a traveling dance education company.I am eager to continue growing in the intersection of dance, music, and marketing, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in these dynamic fields.
