Wings Adolescent Treatment Center is a residential adolescent treatment center serving adolescents with co-occuring mental health and chemical dependency concerns. Primary counselor is responsible for up to 10 adolescent males and providing daily therapeutic groups, educational lectures, individual sessions, crisis de-escalation, case management, establishing relationships with referral sources, family education, aftercare coordination, and providing chemical health assessments. Strong use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy.Areas of focus and interest: substance use disorders, behavioral addictions, instilling hope and uncovering shame, dismantling systemic racism, acculturation issues, gender and sexuality issues, cognitive impairments, FAS/FASD, and positive parenting education.

Overnight position caring for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Duties vary from toileting, medication administering, laundry, cleaning, safety and security of the home and working alongside co-workers to maintain a state of homeostasis for the clients.

Direct Support Professional in a group-home setting carrying out various duties such as toileting/personal cares, laundry, light housework, meal preparation, medication administering, charting and documentation, deescalation, transportation and working with co-workers to maintain a state of homeostasis for the clients.
