I gained an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the company's operations. As a manager, I am given the opportunity to develop and advance within the company, where I lead and manage a team. This will provide opportunities to develop and enhance my leadership and management capabilities, including skills in team building, goal setting, staff coaching and performance management. and participate in and manage various projects and business activities.
