I have experience with many different programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. I received a high distinction in Object-Oriented Programming, Web Development I & II, and Database Systems. I also received a distinction in a unit called the Information Technology Project where I helped to develop a website for a real client. I have also completed two UI/UX units, Resources for User Interaction and Designing the User Experience.I have held a few different job positions, one as a Clerk for East Coast Kitchens, one as a Service Desk Intern and another as a Service Desk Officer for Southern Cross University, and one as an IT Systems Administrator for Solo Resource Recovery. My role as a Clerk included duties such as using Xero for data entry and filing accounts. As a Service Desk Intern, I interacted with students and staff to solve any technical issues they came across. I was the first point of contact for tech support on the campus. As a Service Desk Officer, I worked with the Customer Service team to image and reimage staff computers, deploy computers to staff members, and solve any technical issues that come up for the staff. As an IT Systems Administrator, I ensure staff members are set up in the system, respond to helpdesk tickets and record IT asset movements.I am a very dedicated and motivated individual who likes to work efficiently and effectively. I like solving problems and finding solutions. I also like to help people out wherever I can with technical issues that they come across. I am well-spoken and polite, with good English and grammar skills. I also studied high-level mathematics as well as physics and chemistry in high school. I received an ATAR ranking of 92 out of 100.Some of my areas of interest include playing video games, playing the piano, watching sci-fi movies, reading fantasy novels, and going to the beach with my dog. I also enjoy going on nature walks at national parks and playing board games and Dungeons and Dragons.
