Facilitated planning and logistics of 3 overnight conferences for up to 300 youth participants and spectators. Oversaw the timeline of those events, including workshops, evening activities, housing (University of Florida Campus/ Florida State University Campus), and transportation for multiple cohesive timelines. Used the 4-H Online web-based system for enrollment and communication with members.

Served as the first point of contact with customers ranging from single custom orders to wedding and funeral arrangements. Maintained a welcoming and clean shop environment while processing inventory on the floor. Was responsible for managing payments, orders, and deliveries on the DOVE POS portal system.
