Accepted into the first ever Economist Work Experience Program, a global internship program for current students. Attended weekly skills seminars taught by Economist journalists, learned about media and journalism industry, attended office hours and Q&A sessions with Economist writers to talk about news content, ask about journalism careers, and network, pursued an independent project and pitched it to the Economist team.

I attended Chapman University as a Political Science student for my first year of college. After two semesters I had a 3.93 GPA and was a two-time Provost List Honoree.

Total Solutions Merchant Services is a woman-owned credit card and POS processing company with primarily small business clientele. My role was a paid intern in the Contracting Department. I worked out of the Bellevue, WA office 2 hours Monday-Friday during the month of January and worked virtually over email and facetime every weekend in February. My responsibilities included delivering needed equipment to clients and conversing with said clients in both English and Korean, filing ACH contracts for POS system and license leases, and editing contract templates using Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word.
