-Responsible for leading the Homeownership Programs in NYC and Westchester County, and supporting the Housing Services team in leading, shaping, and expanding the programs, including the First Time Homebuyer Program, Post Purchase Program, Aging in Place Program and Plus One ADU Program.-Oversee the marketing of new Habitat developments. -Create, update, and oversee content creation for the Habitat Homeowner Help Desks and all Technical Assistance trainings. -Provide annual reporting to HPD for development Monitoring contracts.-Oversee end loan coordination in partnership with lenders, legal, buyers, and the city.

-Provide monitoring and compliance services for Habitat multifamily developments, including asset management, budget preparation, election facilitation and certification.-Assist Project Manager with coordinating for new developments. -Conduct post purchase related trainings as part of the Homeownership Program.-Coordinate education and training opportunities with local organizations for Habitat NYC applicants, Homebuyers, and Homeowners, including the Financial Education program.

Oversee, guide, and motivate families as they complete the First Time Homebuyers Program, Incubator Rental Program, or Home Repair program. From intake to closing, I made the experience educational for every family, setting them up for success and long term equity. I helped develop new systems for data management and correspondence as well as integrate case management software into the Family Services department.

Acted as a community advocate for fair access to mental health care and met with patients as well as family members to discuss program qualifications, health history, and insurance coverage.

Studied the physiological effects of extreme stress and the benefits of adding coping mechanisms into daily routines. Analyzed statistics gathered during research phase.
