As the founder and proprietor of Board and Bite, I spearheaded the creation and development of a thriving charcuterie board business specializing in crafting exquisite culinary experiences for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. I conceptualized the business model and designed the product offerings. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, I played a pivotal role in marketing and brand building, leveraging social media platforms, networking events, and word-of-mouth referrals to grow the business and establish a loyal customer base.
