- Implement training and staff development on career center processes and student resourcesto a 7 member student staff- Hold 1-2 hour support meetings with university students, assisting with their career-relatedneeds; meetings may be one-on-one or in small groups, in-person or over Zoom- Provide 1 hour presentations/workshops to 20-40 students on varying career topics, both overZoom and within classrooms- Uphold administrative tasks, including managing workshop logistics, creating flyers advertising services, scheduling meetings, and answering the phone and emails from employers, students, and faculty members- Assist in managing the Career Closet, organizing the donated professional clothes and takinginventory, allowing for a clean and quick pick process for students- Support the implementation of a career fair reaching 104 employers and over 250 students

- Serve as the point of contact for 105 Summer Youth Volunteers, their parents, internal staff, andthe general public for the city of Livermore, addressing any volunteering questions or needs- Perform all administrative duties related to the Summer Youth Volunteer Program, includinganswering emails and phone calls, creating handouts, coordinating material pick-up, andapproving volunteer hours- Maintain a master schedule across 8 different sub-program areas for 3 consecutive months- Perform weekly check-ins with the Summer Youth Volunteers at their various assignments,informing them of program updates, answering any questions, taking pictures for companyadvertisement, and gaining feedback related to the volunteer program- Fully plan, coordinate, and execute a volunteer recognition event serving 25 youthvolunteers- Serve on a committee of 3 interns to plan an annual company engagement activity, consistentlycommunicating with participants to gain both feedback and traction

- Provide assistance in the Production Kitchen of the University, working side by side with the Chefs while helping to prep for the week- Work side by side with student staff to prepare meals and maintain a continuous flow of food for clients in a rushed environment- Maintain a clean environment for Kitchen staff, washing dishes and cleaning tables

- Provide excellent customer service by recommending, selecting, and helping locate product based on customer requests and questions - Promote loyalty program by signing up new customers, and sell protection plans at high rates - Operate register efficiently, and conduct all transactions involving gift cards, refunds, and store credit

- Provide quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and maintain excellent reputation of store’s products and services- Operate cash register to assist customers efficiently and process coupons and reward numbers to benefit customers when appropriate- Demonstrate leadership abilities through leading in-store events and training new hires
