I'm a first year graduate student in the Creative Writing program at Ball State University. I previously held the position of Lead Editor on the Digital Literature Review at BSU, and was then the teaching assistant for the course. A firm believer in the power of words, I frequently take steps to develop skills in various forms of writing. I collaborate with peers and colleagues in an effort to help everyone grow and succeed and am willing to take on a leadership role when given the opportunity. I'm known for kindness, team work, innovative thinking, and resilience. I enjoy trying new things and pushing past the comfort zone. I'm a hard worker who thrives in intellectual environments but who knows when to ask for help.
