My team works to enroll in a carbon benchmarking program that attunes energy performance to community and environmental health and prioritizes energy transparency.

As a reDirect Fellow, I applied my three years of environmental psychology research experience to the implementation of the City of Ann Arbor's municipal climate action plan (A2Zero). On the day-to-day, I applied the Supportive Environments for Effectiveness (SEE) framework in direct collaboration with the City's Office of Sustainability and Innovation.
