The Women’s Network is the largest collegiate women’s networking organization in the United States. TWN’s mission is to support collegiate and recently graduated women and celebrate ambition. The Network hosts experiential events to build relationships and authentically connect with peers, mentors, and industry leaders.

Founded and established the Columbia University Figure Skating Club, creating a community for figure skaters within the university and its affiliated institutions; Developed and implemented training programs for a team of skaters, effectively coaching and leading them to compete in US Figure Skating Intercollegiate Competitions.

Oversaw onboarding process and management of the New Member class; planned and executed pledge activities, including orientation sessions and events; conducted monthly general body chapter meetings throughout the semester, fostering active participation and engagement from members; monitored and evaluated member engagement, providing feedback to improve member retention and satisfaction.

Facilitate a positive learning environment for children using Ice Sports Industry Learn to Skate curriculum in group and private settings; Update and administer new COVID-19 guidelines; Collaborate with coaches, parents, and students to create seasonal performances; Assist with managerial duties

Collaborate with peers from Algeria, Iraq, Yemen, and the United States to create a social justice project with an informed global perspective that engages community to create local change
