Managing the South West Region's programme of new store openings, extensions, and refurbishments. This role involves:• Managing the budgets for store refurbishments, extensions and new store openings.• Liaising with contractors to ensure the order and arrival of equipment required.• Instructing the marketing team to produce promotional materials including leaflets, brochures, digital marketing, local press, and geo-targeted advertising.• Determining and ordering the stock required for store openings.• Ensuring strong retailing and merchandising standards.• Organising the efficient operation of store closedowns and re-openings.• Coordinating the appropriate staffing levels with Store and Area Mangers.• Collaborating with architects to draw up store floorplans.Alongside my project role, I also manage the business operations of three stores. This role involves:• Leadership of 120 staff.• Responsibility for the recruitment for three stores.• Managing key performance indicators of the stores; including sales, productivity, wastage, inventory control, and customer reviews.• Managing the maintenance of stores.

• Analysing live tennis matches and inputting data into statistics software as the points take place. This information is broadcast to the millions of viewers watching Wimbledon on television at home. • Recording the types of shots hit, serve percentages, forced and unforced errors, and how the point ends under time pressure.

• Organising and leading training sessions for the university tennis team. • Motivating the team throughout the season.
