Hello! My name is Isabella Chan (she/her). I am an incoming second-year transfer student in Political Science and Education at Boston University. My future career goal consists of closing the gap in educational inequality, and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background. I have witnessed firsthand how factors beyond a student's control—such as race, income, and geography—can significantly limit their access to resources and opportunities. This drives my commitment to advocating for and creating more equitable educational systems that provide all students with the support they need to build a brighter future.
