Using technology, maximised cost-effective solutions for customers and improved gross margins for COMTEC. Developed key performance indicators for business, assessment framework for network of specialist language professionals and customer focus approach to service delivery supported by project management, personalised to customer requirements, achieving retention rates of 78%. Negotiated several strategic alliances in UK, China and Eastern Europe to expand range of services. Sold business in 2002.
