I would seat 500+ customers per week, with sometimes 150-200 customers per evening. I designed daily layouts of the restaurant and assigned servers to sections. I maintained excellent customer service by greeting with a smiling face and a positive attitude even during dinner rushes.

I accomplished this by reflecting on my past experiences, both academic and otherwise, to point students in the right direction. I worked in a fast-paced environment and packaged hundreds of items every hour. Through teamwork and collaboration, my department regularly succeeded in meeting strict packaging deadlines. Other responsibilities included assisting other departments and providing occasional customer service.

I was trained to handle many potential emergencies. During my employment, I regularly attended monthly employee training sessions.
