- Booking Aftersales services with customer induding delivery & assembly services- Assisting customer with resolutions in customer service aftersales - Preparing part replacement to be delivery to customers- Returns & exchanges in store and warehouse - Processing large picked up return orders

- Assisting customers with planning services including: kitchen, bathroom, PAX and sofa design- Processing purchases and ordering with customers - Returns and Exchange Services - Handling Customer Service inquires including escalation and resolutions- Maintain all showroom displays and small articles for purchase

- Serving and Assisting customer in both in-person and drive-thru- Ordering and Managing inventory and supplies -Facilitating training of new team members- Cash Handling- Maintaining a clean and safe facilities

- Working with producer, director and clients- set building, design and managing the little details of any film shoot
