Graduating in Defense and International Strategic Management at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), is expected to be concluded in Jul/2022.I worked as Business Operation Intern at Ollang, a dubbing and subtitle company. I was responsible for follow-ups with translators, ensuring that projects were delivered on time. I also managed projects in Portuguese, Spanish and English, bringing in new translators and reviewed projects so that they were as accurate as possible. 100% remote and 100% English work experience as the company is based in Turkey. I worked as an Indexing & Client Support Team (CST) Student at IBM Financing and was responsible for analyzing and indexing documents that IBM Financing processes and for contacting the clients of these transactions, respectively, developing my communication skills, problem-solving, management of time and collaboration.I was a researcher at the Security and Defense Study Laboratory - LESD in the area of ​​Human Rights and Gender in the Armed Forces, presenting my research at the Academic and Scientific Integration Week (SIAC) at UFRJ.In addition, I performed volunteer work in cultural events held by the company AsiaColors, improving my knowledge of service to the public and authorities and also the operational department that required quick solutions.
