I am currently building companies, Cool Escapes which connects owners and travellers in the short term rental market and The Lab Group which builds and provides specialist software.Before this, I worked in the customer success department at Bark.com, a rapidly expanding startup likened "the Amazon for services." Notably, I achieved top sales figures consistently and developed new sales tools to improve customer subscription spend. I also spent a summer as a Business and Services intern at Gartner, a globally leading research and advisory firm. While there, I identified opportunities for improved effectiveness within service leaders' organizations and learnt Gartner's core methodologies and tools for businesses. Prior, my first experience in the startup world was with Qured, a private healthcare app, where I supported their early business development.
