• Develop Keyspire content from theory to implementation into the Keyspire curriculum. • Create, edit, and maintain Keyspire content including audio/video content, scripts, and PPT presentations.• Research current real estate trends to develop relevant content.• Proofread Keyspire content and communications.

• Coordinate, copy edit, write, and format ancillary materials to accompany major textbook publications.• Proofread all higher education book covers for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and design.• Liaise with acquisitions and developmental editors to determine content requirements.• Maintain and update the Higher Education Division’s companion websites.• Supervise editorial assistants’ work and schedules.• Design and format documents in MS Office and Adobe Suite applications.

• Coordinate peer review proposals and manuscripts based on editorial plans and market research.• Conduct market research and prepare market summaries for acquisitions editors.• Assist in the research and creation of art programs to support manuscripts.• Work with authors and editors to coordinate the creation of ancillary resources that will accompanycore texts.• Assess manuscripts and provide developmental feedback to authors.• Assist managing editor with copy editing and proofreading.• Adhere to deadlines to ensure publication dates are met.• Write and proofread back cover copy for textbooks.• Perform other editorial duties as required.
