-Coordinate and control the policy development and execution of quality system,-Ensure compliance with all standards, requirements and regulations, -Take actions and initiate projects to ensure the continual improvement of the QEHS management system, -Support process owners in updating and maintaining processes, -Enable a quality and security mindset across all employees and assist in the internal communication of the company's quality policy, -Train employees in methods, quality tools and requirements,-Report the causes of process defects to the relevant team and propose improvements.

Management of the quality system at company headquarters and at the workshop responsible for production and repairs - Development, implementation and oversight of the documentary process (procedures, formulas, internal documents, processes, quality manual, etc). - Preparation and oversight of internal and external audits at company headquarters and workshop- Management of all developments relating to the CE marking and risk management portfolio- Preparation, leadership and analysis of sales meetings and review of strategic direction - Ongoing monitoring of developments in and changes to the regulatory environment- Management of internal communications- Oversight and conclusion of client claims and supplier errors- Preparation, implementation and analysis of client satisfaction surveys and supplier evaluations- Implementation, oversight and conclusion of corrective and preventive actions
