I am a dancer, painter and designer from Auckland, NZ with a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts majoring in Contemporary Dance. Post Covid, I decided to go back to university and so I am currently in my second year at Whitecliffe where I am studying Digital Media and Design. Growing up, I was always very interested in art, finding that I was most happy when I was creating. I was always drawing, making and designing as a child and later in high school chose to study painting as a subject. This is where my love for painting really started to flourish.My work was exhibited and sold in the Mount Albert Grammar School Fine Arts Show during my time as a student at MAGS and then again once I had graduated, as an emerging artist from 2017-present. In June 2020 my body of work entitled “Embodied” was featured in Tempo Dance Festival’s digital season as a series on their social media. As a designer I have worked with Gumboot Friday as well as The Dance Studio NZ to create merchandise designs and concert advertising.
