Responsibilities at the festival included– documenting the festival with photos; selecting photos for public relations/social media; managing the Facebook and Instagram posts & stories; moderating 2 discussions with filmmakers following the screening of their films; assistance with hybrid discussion management on Jitsi; assistance managing the festival café, including food preparation, customer service, inventory, and managing volunteer schedules; assistance with registration in the festival office; adjusting audio/lights for films and discussions; and assisting festival directors with other tasks, as needed.
