I am a natural leader who seeks others' ideas and input to succeed as a team. This allows me to grow personally and professionally while expanding my network. The positions I have held in the hospitality and service industries have allowed me to significantly improve my skills in multiple environments. I have declared a business management major, allowing me to utilize my problem-solving, inclusivity, and leadership abilities. I look forward to pursuing a management position one day and being able to utilize and improve my skills in that position. In my previous careers in the hospitality and service industries, I have encountered various types of people with different backgrounds and have learned how to connect with them in a personalized way to ensure they feel welcomed and valued. Being a strong leader has allowed me to improve the companies I have worked for in a few different ways. I received a very high review in both positions for going out of my way to make sure I am doing the best I can to uphold the company values while successfully completing my role. I also thought of new ideas which I thought the company could benefit from, eventually leading to them incorporating them into the company as a whole. I am intrigued by pursuing a management position in data analytics. Through the opportunities and experiences I have encountered, I have been able to strengthen my problem-solving, inclusivity, and leadership skills, and I hope to utilize them in the future positions I hold.
