I have spent close to a decade in the online and gaming industry. Starting at the beginning working as a Customer Service Host I quickly advanced on to VIP Customer Service for a more personalized experience to our clientele.After some time in this field, I expanded my availability by transitioning over to the German market and assisting with daily customer services including emails, conversations and phone calls in the native tongue.As my skills grew, so to did my curiosity to be ever better and I advanced on to the OSA department where I got the opportunity to spend a lot of time on the backend of systems such as SharePoint, CRM and Live Engage.With these skills it was a smooth transition over to the Knowledge Management team 3 years ago, where my technical knowledge, ISO understanding for KM and attention to detail were and continue to be highly advantageous to the business as a whole.
