When Juveniles are accused of a crime or infraction, they are brought to the Family Resource Center. We staff screen and evaluate the risks and needs of the youth and their families. Rather than incarceration, juveniles are processed through alternatives to detention being the primary focus. We focus on making referrals for appropriate services, including secure detention, mental health and substance abuse assessments, house arrest, electronically monitored house arrest, multi-systemic therapy, community service, and other alternatives to detention. Referrals for various groups held at the Resource Center may also be made.

I was an intern at Pharaoh Financial Group. I have excellent communication skills when it comes to multitasking by working online while talking on the phone. I write up and revise dictations, learn how to organize and sort documents from tax forms to retirement plans, update and re-examine statements and confirmations, and skilled in taking data from sheets and recording them into excel. Overall, this internship was a learning process of financial literacy so I can expand my knowledge as finance being my minor.

I shared my work experience with others around me. I learned how to collaborate with others on certain shifts and made sure my station was always stocked and cleaned. Always provided excellent customer service with a smile on my face. Multitasked between taking orders, while being on drive through duty, processing requests, and preparing orders.
