Within this role, I do the admin and social media for the Orpington branch - this includes Instagram stories and TikToks as well as interacting with the parents.

Within my internship with This Way Next I learned how to work in an office environment as well as learning how to communicate and work with clients in a fast paced. Within this role I clipped press coverage from our clients, made press mailers and organized clothes coming in and out of the showroom from our clients. This fast paced and detail orientated environment has allowed me to grow my my skills of adaptability and communication skills.

I worked as a sales advisor over the Christmas period and into the new year. This job showed me many aspects of a retail job, such as the behind the scenes of deliveries and stock room as well as working on the till and how to present the items we want to sell.

Within this role I had to interact with customer and ensure that their visit to the harvester was enjoyable by serving them and handing any of their needs firsthand. This role allowed me to gain patience for a situation if dealing with difficult people, as well as amazing customer service and confidence as I had to constantly talk to new people every day. In addition to this I also learnt the skills of time management and teamwork in a busy setting as I would work on the weekends and on busy holiday periods which caused me to calmly fulfill my duties while the restaurant was busy as well as helping my colleagues.
