My name is Isabelle Gonzalez and I am a sophomore student athlete at Texas A&M University on the Equestrian team. I grew up on our family ranch which instilled my constant want to fix things and my love for being practical. From early on, I was taught and shown time and time again to take what I have, fix it, and then maximize it! Everything needed to be functioning and of use. This eventually led to my love of structure which has helped lead me to and continue to be successful as a student athlete who has to juggle many tasks while still maintaining a high quality of everything that I do. I also love learning, and understanding how the world works. This is something that has been further aided by my love for travel!As a daughter of of two immigrant parents, I understand and value the importnace of hard work and chasing your dreams. We are all blessed to live in a world full of opportunity, andmaking the best of it is our job!
