As a major player in the electrification sector with €19 billion in sales and operations in 18 countries, Rexel relies on its 27,000 employees to promote for its customers products, solutions and services key to the energy transition. As a member of Rexel's Executive Committee , I contribute to the growth of the Group, supervising the Board's activities and the Legal and Compliance teams. I also have the pleasure to lead our Sustainability strategy in all our countries.

General Counsel for the the international markets division of Saint-Gobain (named High Performance Solutions), which has a 7,2 billion € turnover and is composed of 5 business units, all focused on green industry, innovation and co-development. They address clients’ needs in many different sectors such as medical, automotive, aerospace, BtoC or construction industry. The job is world-wide and reporting directly to the CEO with a seat at the Executive Committee. The legal team based in Paris is composed of 12 lawyers and extends to 20 lawyers based in the 67 countries of the Group. The purpose of the daily activity is to bring to the business CEO’s of HPS the support and legal advice they need on all legal matters which concern their BU’s ( M&A, contracts, litigation, corporate governance, intellectual property, risk mapping, CSR, compliance). I am also non-executive director member of two internal boards as well as member of the Cercle Montesquieu ( "do tank" of Corporate Secretaries and General Counsels).

Creating the job and developing the Group compliance policy notably on anti-trust, anti-bribery and economic sanctions. Setting up of a direct team of 5 people and a worlwide network of 35 persons. Implementing in all the countries the necessary tools (policies, whistleblowing lines), the adapted controls (audits), the specialized and trained teams and the appropriate management culture.

Creating the legal division in charge of the competition law issues for the Group worldwide (mergers & acquisitions; litigation; operational issues; compliance programs). Development of the Information Systems and digital tools of the Legal Department (data governance, training tools, softwares to manage litigation and contracts). Building and leading a team composed of 5 people and direct report to the Group General Counsel.

In charge of legal issues worldwide for one Business Unit of the Group (all type of contracts and litigation; drafting & negotiations; M&A; strategic & operational issues) with a dedicated team.

Advice on commercial law, contracts, mergers, competition, distribution and consumer law issues to various french and international clients.
