Events Assistant for a luxury resort in the Cotswolds. Here I take on a variety of roles depending on what is required of me such as bartending, waitressing, transporting guests around the site, cleaning and general hosting. This requires fast-learning and adaptability, to work effectively with the team to deliver high standards of service.

As the only kitchen staff member on the busy breakfast shift, I had many responsibilities including cooking the breakfasts, serving customers, general cleaning, cash handling and updating daily computer records. This required excellent organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Sole responsibility for the shop during shifts, including opening and closing the shop, working tills and full barista duties.

Learned skills of a barista, working tills, food preparation within this role as well as completing a level 2 food safety course.
