About Isabelle O'Bryon

In May 2018 I graduated with BS/MS degrees in Bioinformatics from RIT. I have worked on many high throughput sequencing projects starting with quality control and ending with statistical analysis and data visualizations for papers. I'm interested in creating and applying bioinformatics tools and working on projects in many different areas such as metagenomics, oncology, and agriculture.
