- Guiding external business consulting for hair and beauty salons especially for the hotel industry, private clients and franchise taker- Responsible for researching potential business partners and developing strong relationships in Media, Marketing and Social Media- Monitor the company’s social media accounts - Develop social media campaigns - Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends- Staff recruiting, worldwide - Overall Responsibility for Brand Management and Corporate Identity- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty- Working closely with all departments to ensure the customer relationship works effectively for all aspects of the company- Coordinate styling requests from companies and hotels for: events, trunks shows, vip services, fashion shows, hotel guests, styling outside normal working hours, photo shootings, weddings- Conducting regular performance reviews in one to ones with staff - Initiation of sales force enhancement programs- Introduction of regular in-house education tutorials lead by one of our employees- Responsible for planning and implementing promotional campaigns- Overseeing the drafting of Press Releases, Blurbs and Scripts - Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget. Analysing competitors and market trends- Identifying target markets and developing a wide range of different marketing strategies to communicate - Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends- Boosting Cross-Sellings through introduction of regular coaching sessions- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to promote our premium Hair Line products and services locally and internationally
